Beautiful farmhouse in Petaluma, California. The owners bought the house in a very old condition from 19th century, they wanted to upgrade the property keeping the vibe from a Californian farmhouse and a creative design to make it functional for the family.

 

Upgrade all floors, remove lath and plaster walls, remodel two full bathrooms and adding a new laundry room. I worked in the project as a Principal Interior Designer with the guidance of the Owner of the company. I took care of the project from initial concept to construction administration and I developed all construction permits.
